Which plan fits
Two things decide it: how many products you have, and how much new content a month.
Count what’s new: a summary for a product nobody has opened yet, or a question nobody has asked about it before. Everything after that is served from cache and uses no credits. In your first month, expect a summary for each product as shoppers find them.

Credits measure AI use. A new summary or answer uses about 16 credits. Anything already written is served from cache and uses none, however many shoppers read it. Included credits reset every month.
- When you need more
Add-on credits are $2 per 1,000, in packs of 5,000 ($10), 20,000 ($40), 100,000 ($200). Purchased credits last 12 months. Auto top-up is off unless you turn it on, and stops at the monthly cap you set.
- Bigger than Pro

What happens when the trial ends?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with 3,000 credits. On WooCommerce and other sites you add a card at checkout and the plan starts when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. Shopify stores will be billed through Shopify.

What if I run out of credits?
Buy a pack of 5,000, 20,000, 100,000 credits, which lasts 12 months, or turn on auto top-up with a monthly cap you set. Content that’s already written keeps showing either way.
What if I cancel?
The widget turns off at once. Your store’s content is kept for 30 days in case you come back; after that it’s deleted, apart from the billing records the law requires us to keep.
